總統蔡英文代表政府向原住民族道歉明天將滿周年，原民會將在8月1日當天舉辦「106年度全國原住民族行政會議：原住民族語言發展新紀元」會議，並針對去年8點聲明提出時程表。

蔡英文去年在原住民族日當天，代表政府向原住民族道歉，並提出8項承諾，明將於會中公布一年間的成果及時程表。此外，為了落實《原住民族語言發展法》，會議邀請卡使用Kanakanavu（卡那卡那富族）語及中文雙語書寫。

原民會表示，「106年度全國原住民族行政會議：原住民族語言發展新紀元」會議明天將在台大國際會議中心登場，上午10點開始，包括蔡英文、政院政務委員林萬億皆將出席。

蔡英文去年道歉時，表示將為原住民族做的8件事情：

第一、總統府將設置「原住民族歷史正義與轉型正義委員會」，蔡英文親自擔任召集人。

第二、行政院定期召開「原住民族基本法推動會」。

第三、建立具有文化敏感度的「原住民族法律服務中心」。

第四、針對核廢料儲存在蘭嶼的相關決策經過，提出真相調查報告，在核廢料尚未最終處置之前，給予雅美族（達悟族）人適當的補償。

第五、9月30日之前，讓平埔族身分得到應有的權利和地位。

第六、11月1日起開始畫設、公告原住民族傳統領域土地。

第七、推動原住民實質自治，將《原住民族自治法》、《原住民族土地及海域法》、《原住民族語言發展法》送立院審議。

第八、每年8月1日原住民日，行政院都會向全國人民報告原住民族歷史正義及轉型正義的執行進度。
